Games 365 Offline Pair BT/WiFi

Effective date: June 12, 2026

The Short Version

We do not collect any data. At all.

Games 365 has no accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking, and no servers. Everything happens directly between your phone and your friend's phone.

Data Collection

Games 365 does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal information or usage data. The app:

How Multiplayer Works

Game moves are exchanged directly between the two devices using Bluetooth or your local WiFi network (peer-to-peer). This game data never leaves the two devices, is not stored after the session, and never touches the internet.

Your device's name may be visible to nearby players while hosting or browsing for games — this is only used so players can find each other, and is never recorded.

Permissions We Request

These permissions are used exclusively for gameplay between the two devices.

Game Center & Google Play Games

The app optionally integrates with Apple Game Center (iOS) and Google Play Games (Android) for achievements. These services are provided by Apple and Google and are governed by their own privacy policies. Signing in is optional — the app works fully without it, and we never receive or store any data from these services.

Data Stored on Your Device

The only thing the app saves is your local settings (such as the sound on/off preference). This stays on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

Children's Privacy

Games 365 is rated 4+ and is safe for all ages. Because we collect no data from anyone, we collect no data from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this policy, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Since the app collects nothing, changes are unlikely.
