Games 365 is a free, offline multiplayer board game application that lets 2 to 4 players enjoy 12 classic games — including Chess, Checkers, Connect 4, Disc Flip, and Battleship — via Bluetooth or local WiFi connections. The App operates without internet access and does not require user accounts.
You may use Games 365 for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to:
The App, including its design, graphics, interface, and code, is the property of the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The underlying board game rules are in the public domain.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices or operating system versions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or device damage.

The App optionally integrates with Apple Game Center and Google Play Games for achievements. Use of these features is subject to Apple's and Google's own terms of service. The integration is optional and does not affect core gameplay.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time without notice.

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides.
